Proposed ODP Administered HCBS Rate Revisions Effective July 1, 2024

The Department of Human Services, Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) has published the proposed rates for the Consolidated, Community Living, and Person/Family Directed Support (P/FDS) Waivers and the Adult Autism Waiver. View the DHS/ODP proposed rates here

Public Comment 

Comments received by 11:59 pm on June 4, 2024, will be reviewed and considered for revisions. Interested persons are invited to submit written comments regarding the proposed rates. Comments may be submitted to the Department at [email protected]

CDI Preliminary Rate Impact Findings Town Hall: January 19 

A Town Hall was held on January 19th to review the preliminary rate impact findings by the Center for Disability Information (CDI). CDI presented their current findings on the impact of the rates followed by a discussion on how this data will inform public comment. View the findings here.
