Position Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating the planning and implementation of a service delivery system, which insures a continuous active treatment program for each client.
  • Reviews various aspects of programming such as scheduling or data collection and coordinates revisions of the current system as necessary to ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines and would include observation of programs directly.
  • Shares responsibility for timely review of Behavioral Support plans and consents with the Human Rights Committee. Also ensures that signatures and other compliance requirements are met.   • Serves role as Child Protective Services Point Person.
  • Maintains a flexible schedule in order to meet the diverse 24/7 staffing needs of the facility. This includes being available for after hour calls and in- person response if necessary.
