Mike Lanese

BIO: Mike Lanese is the CEO and a co-founder of OnSeen, Inc.. OnSeen provides a Mobile Workforce Management software platform to help solve some of the most challenging problems in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities community. Mike also serves as a Civil Affairs Officer in the United States Army Reserve. Mike holds degrees from Oxford University, where he attended as a Rhodes Scholar, and The Ohio State University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and a captain of the football team.

 Kevin Smith

BIO: Kevin Smith is a hands-on leader with extensive experience using software, technology, and innovation to solve strategic business problems. He currently serves as the VP of Client Services for OnSeen, Inc. Prior to OnSeen, Kevin served as Director of Technology for the Risk Management Division of Ebix, Inc. and as the CTO at insurance technology startup, Peak Performance Solutions. Kevin. He has 20+ years of experience in all aspects of the software development life cycle, from programming and development, to business analysis and project management. Kevin received his B.S. degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, College Station.
